All in all, I like it. I really like that you changed the picture into black and white, it makes it unique and look like an urban snapshot. I also like how you took an ordinary daily sight and turned it into a work of art. But, I think you shouldn't have blurred the edges. It makes it look fake, and a little tacky. Also, I think the photo would have looked a lot better with some more contrast. Also, it would look great if the man was off center to the right. And, to finish up, I think the photo has been done before, the homeless person sitting on the street, in raggedy clothes, but you changed it. But, I love this picture!
